Our artisanal ready–to-back pizza alla pala bianca is available in 2 different preservation methods: chilled product (MAP +4°C) and frozen product (-18°C).

 

For all our products we rigorously knead the dough by hand, because the dough is a living material and only the hands are able to transmit the necessary warmth to make it soft.

 

Dough ingredients are the same as ever: water, yeast, flour, salt. Our selected flours, combined with our sourdough mother and the water that flows from our springs, allow us to make perfumed, crunchy and digestible products.
